Real estate since 2019. Broker since 2026.
I started in real estate with a first investment deal in South Dakota. The license came later, but the experience didn't, and that is part of why I was able to earn the managing broker license in January 2026 as quickly as I did. Years of hands-on property work, deal analysis, and lease negotiation on a real portfolio taught me the parts of real estate that a textbook never will.
My family manages a real estate portfolio in the $25M range. I have personally handled 13 commercial leases on the Mead downtown property, and I have been actively involved in managing that portfolio for years. That is the context I bring to every buyer and seller relationship: real transactions, real leases, real capital at risk, and a working knowledge of what a property is actually worth and what it costs to keep it running.
I earned my managing broker license in January 2026 because I wanted to build the kind of brokerage I always wished existed: one where the person who picks up the phone is the same person who coordinates your closing, reviews your contract, and tells you the truth when a property is not worth what the seller is asking.

I am not 22 years old with a new license and a motivational Instagram account. I have been doing this long enough to know what a good deal looks like, what a bad contract costs, and when to tell a client "this one is not worth it."
